Cancellation, Shipping, & Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part, such as wrong size shipped, are covered at our expense.
100 Percent Hood Clothing does not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. We do our best to ship all packages within 10 days. In the event that your order has not shipped within 14 days, you may reach out to customer service to request a cancellation.
100 Percent Hood Clothing will gladly exchange an item for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please contact Benjamin (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. We must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization.
Please allow 3-5 business days for der processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Non-apparel items, accessories, bags, and shoes may ship separately. Please note that if your items are shipped seperately, you may receive multiple tracking number emails. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
